Electrical Operations Manager

Take ownership of solar projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, regulatory compliance, and budget control while collaborating with developers and network operators to drive sustainable energy solutions.

  • Plan and manage solar projects, overseeing scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipment.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including electricians, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with BS 7671 (18th Edition), G99 grid connection standards, and HSE regulations.
  • Conduct site surveys, manage procurement, and oversee installation and commissioning.
  • Mitigate risks, resolve technical issues, and maintain safety and quality standards.
  • Provide expertise on PV systems, inverters, and electrical infrastructure.
