FULL DESCRIPTION

Job Title – International Service Engineer

Their Purpose – A leading technology company specialising in advanced laser systems and solutions for industrial and scientific applications.

Location & flexibility – Based in Oxfordshire with significant international travel (approximately 40%). Office-based work during non-travel periods.

Salary & Benefits – up to £45k with travel opportunities across Asia, Europe, and the USA.

About the Job –

- Provide service and support for advanced laser systems worldwide. - Diagnose and resolve technical issues across electrical, mechanical, optical, and software systems. - Prepare concise service reports following each assignment. - Work independently and as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction. - Travel internationally at short notice for service assignments.

About you –

- Strong engineering or scientific background (HNC/HND or Degree in Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or Physics preferred). - 2–3 years’ experience in a hi-tech environment. - Ability to plan and execute work professionally under pressure. - Valid driving license and passport required for frequent overseas travel. - Excellent communication skills and ability to handle challenging situations confidently.
