Job Title – Service Engineer – Renewables
Their Purpose– A fast growing company looking to lead the way in the renewable energy revolution, specifically for homeowners and new build developers they specialise in design, installation and commissioning of natural renewable energy solutions.
Location & flexibility –Field based – Dorset/Southwest
Salary & Benefits– Up to £45k + company vehicle, fuel card, uniform and PPE provided, training and development opportunities.
About the Job:
An exciting opportunity to join a growing team. This role will primarily focus on plumbing and heating servicing, including boiler servicing, hot water systems, unvented cylinders and associated plant. You’ll also carry out maintenance on renewable energy systems such as heat pumps, MVHR, Solar thermal with product training provided if required.
- Servicing and maintaining boilers, unvented cylinders and domestic plumbing/heating systems
- General plumbing fault-finding, diagnostics, and repairs
- Planned maintenance on renewable technologies (Air Source & Ground Source Heat Pumps, MVHR, Solar Thermal)
- Preventative maintenance and replacement of components where required
- Completing service reports and compliance paperwork accurately
- Delivering excellent customer service and professional communication
About you:
- Proven experience as a plumber (minimum 3 years)
- Boiler servicing experience essential
- G3 Unvented Hot Water Qualification
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating
- Full UK driving licence
