Job Title –Crop Nutrition Advisor
Their Purpose – An award-winning cleantech company that optimises resource use through Carbon Capture and Utilisation solutions.
Their technology allows a wide range of businesses to generate commercial value from captured carbon and other agricultural and industrial waste streams while also delivering improved sustainability and reducing their carbon footprint.
Location &, flexibility –Swindon - site travel required
Salary & Benefits –Up to £40k + benefits
About you:
- BSc or higher in Agronomy, Agriculture, Soil Science or related discipline.
- FACTS +/-BASIS qualified with minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Strong working knowledge of fertiliser use, nutrient management, and sustainable farming practices.
- Experience in a technical crop nutrition or field sales role with direct customer interaction.
- Comfortable managing a sales pipeline (CRM experience preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex concepts.
- Self-motivated, commercially aware, and confident working independently in a field-based role.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across regions.
