Job Title – QSHE Advisor
Their Purpose – A pioneering renewable energy operator in the UK, turning farm and food waste into biomethane and electricity while managing the full resource cycle. Its integrated circular?economy approach, strategic partnerships, certified operations, and grid?connected facilities position it at the forefront of the country’s transition to low?carbon fuel.

About the Job:
- Implement and maintain SHEQ management systems in accordance with ISO 45001 (Health & Safety), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 9001 (Quality) standards.
- Assist in the development and review of SHEQ policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Monitor compliance with legal, regulatory, and company SHEQ requirements.
- Maintain SHEQ records, including incident reports, audit findings, and corrective actions.
- Support incident investigations and recommend corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Organise SHEQ training sessions and toolbox talks.
- Promote a strong safety culture within the organization.
- Prepare monthly SHEQ performance reports and metrics for management.
- Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and clients on SHEQ matters.
About you:
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) – essential.
- ISO management systems knowledge and/or auditor certification – preferred.
- Relevant experience in a SHEQ-related role (e.g., 2+ years) in industry sector, e.g., energy.
- Knowledge of current SHEQ legislation and best practices.
- Pro-Active approach and retained accountability.
