Psychologist – specialist school

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are recruiting for a Clinical Psychologist to work within a specialist school based in the West Midlands.

The candidate appointed will be working for an employer who have clinical services within educational and care settings for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. The successful candidate will be joining school-based therapy team who work with children ages 5-19 with ASD and/or SEMH needs and communication and social associated difficulties.

This is a new post created to help develop and embed the psychology input within this school. Supported by an assistant Psychologist, the post holder will work collaboratively with school staff to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our young people with a systemic approach.

Hours – 4 days per week

Salary – £40,000 – £72,400 FTE

Experience required:

Clinical Psychologists applying will have HCPC registration along with experience working with young people with SEMH needs and ASD.
