FULL DESCRIPTION

Digital Operations Executive

Play a key role in delivering accurate data, supporting email campaigns, and enabling effective circulation and marketing activity across all [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Group brands.

As Digital Operations Executive, you will:

  • Support all [Employer hidden] Group brands by delivering accurate, timely data selections for circulation and marketing activity.
  • Build and manage email campaigns, including data selection, HTML setup, scheduling, testing, and deployment.
  • Produce tracking reports and click-through data in line with agreed formats, timelines, and policies.
  • Upload and manage data within Adestra (our proprietary email system), ensuring datasets are accurate, structured, and ready for campaigns, events, and surveys.
  • Prepare and manage data selections for B2B journal distribution, including print and digital, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
  • Support ABC audit administration, including preparing claims, submitting files, and compiling audit figures.
  • Work closely with brand managers, production teams, and stakeholders to deliver effective data solutions, manage ad hoc requests, and maintain clear communication on timelines and updates.

What we’re looking for

Must-haves:

  • Strong data handling skills, particularly in Excel, with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work on time.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to understand requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Good organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership and see tasks through to completion.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Familiarity with Access or SQL querying.
  • Experience in email marketing or campaign setup.
  • Understanding of data systems, reporting, or analysis in a commercial environment.
