Daily Rate: £98 - £120
Type: Contract

The Role:
- Working with both small groups and 1:1 within various Key Stages.
- Be able to adapt to the needs of the child in lessons and assist them in their school day.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage the children to stay on task.
- Clarifying and explaining any questions or instructions given to the pupil.
- Maintaining behaviour.
Requirements:
- Experience working with people with learning difficulties is essential.
- Team Teach training is not essential but desirable.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to carry one out.
- A calm nature is essential as you will be working with vulnerable pupils.
- Applicants must be patients, resilient and empathetic to each of the students individual needs.
