Electrical Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for skilled Electrical Supervisors to join our project.

LOCATION: Central London

HOURS: 8am – 6pm Monday – Friday

Our newly created Temporary Site Services team plays a pivotal role in the success of our projects and is a key part of our self-delivery model. As we’re on the cusp of our next big leap, this is an excellent opportunity for you to make your mark in a growing part of our business.

ROLE.

In this role you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and coordinating temporary services across our projects. You will be responsible for setting workloads, maintaining schedules, and ensuring work is getting done.

This is a fulltime permanent role, Monday to Friday and based across various project sites in central London.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • Oversee the planning and execution of electrical temporary works on construction sites.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure the design and implementation of temporary installations align with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with on-site teams, contractors, and project managers to address and resolve any issues related to temporary works.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of temporary works activities, including reports and inspection records.

REQUIREMENTS.

  • Proven experience as a supervisor in the construction industry.
  • Must hold a JIB Gold card
  • Ideally an AP (Authorised Person) or possess equivalent qualifications
  • Must have Temporary Services experience
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, codes, and safety standards
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
