Yard Engineer
We are currently recruiting for skilled Yard Engineers to join our project.
LOCATION: Central London
HOURS: 8am – 6pm Monday – Friday
Our newly created Temporary Site Services team plays a pivotal role in the success of our projects and is a key part of our self-delivery model. As we’re on the cusp of our next big leap, this is an excellent opportunity for you to make your mark in a growing part of our business.
ROLE.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Engineer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for the electrical field and a desire to grow and develop their skills further. The position will be split between our yard in Colnbrook and across our various project sites in Central London.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
Colnbrook Yard (2 days a week):
- Maintain and inspect temporary electrical equipment on a weekly basis.
- Assist the Yard Manager with material management, ensuring equipment is prepped and ready for reuse.
- Handle incoming and outgoing materials efficiently.
London Sites (3 days a week):
- Engage in on-site electrical works, focusing on temporary setups and installations.
- Learn and develop skills in the electrical site temporary area.
- Collaborate with the site team to ensure project requirements are met.
REQUIREMENTS.
- 1-2 years of experience in the electrical field.
- Own basic tool kit.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
