Architectural Technologist

Requirements (essential)

- BSc or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology, or HNC/HND qualifications, with a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience working with design teams on complex building projects - Current understanding of UK Building Regulations and statutory requirements - Experience in a similar technical role - Ability to work confidently in Revit - A positive approach to problem solving, with motivation, enthusiasm and ambition - Strong communication skills

Requirements (advantageous, but not essential))

- Healthcare design experience i.e. knowledge of HBNs, ADB etc. - Ability to work confidently in AutoCAD
