Client Services Director

The Director will help clients understand the full potential of services and act as a liaison between the client and customer service, collaborating with different departments to improve customer support and boost customer satisfaction.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Client Services Director who can help maintain existing business with clients, grow business relationships and assist in bringing new clients on board. The Client Services Director will help our clients to better understand the full potential of our services and act as liaison between the client and customer service. The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with different departments to improve customer support and boost customer satisfaction.

SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field required
  • 7+ years’ experience in customer service role
  • Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills required.
