IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Details
Manage full cycle of internal and external recruitment process from recruitment requisition to onboarding of new employee; Proactively attract and search candidates, using social media and other tools; Conduct market and competitors analysis for setting best strategies to reach and attract top talents; Running Employer Branding activities and coordination of internal communication of the company; Participate in internal and external employer branding initiatives; Support for managers and employees in the field of personnel policy; Coordination of training plans.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, IT preferably;
- Experience in Employer Branding activities (participation in job fairs and cooperation with universities);
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and techniques;
- Excellent communications skills, good influencing skills, good time management and work organizational skills;
- Very good knowledge of English language;
- Ability to work independently and within the team;
- Ability to build relationships at various levels of the organization.
