QA Team Leader

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Planning, managing and monitoring the team’s activities on a daily basis - Responsible for team members’ development, retention and leadership - Proposing and implementing improvements to QA process in the company - Bugs detection in the web & mobile applications while conducting black box testings - Validation of the tasks’ correctness handling by the team of developers - Documentation and reporting of the aberrations - Development and record of the plans related to application tests based on system needs - Daily cooperation with the team of developers - Tests automatization with the use of Selenium IDE – depending on the project

REQUIREMENTS

- At least 3 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance/Software Testing - Proven leadership record in building and leading mid-size teams - Very good command of English - Well developed analytical skills - Excellent leadership, planning and organizing skills - Good problem solving skills

DESIRABLE SKILLS

- Knowledge of Java and/or Selenium - Experience in automated testing
