Dynamics 365 HR Consultant (contract)

WeDo is searching for a Dynamics 365 HR Consultant.Our client is undertaking an ambitious project to enhance their Dynamics 365 Human Resources (HR) capabilities. They are looking for an experienced consultant to lead and drive the customization and optimization of their HR solutions across multiple stakeholders.

About the Role The successful Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR Consultant will:

  • Lead and oversee enterprise-level Dynamics 365 HR projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Architect, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 HR solutions tailored to global clients’ needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Consultants, and technical teams to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Engage directly with end-user clients, offering expert advice and driving HR process transformation.
  • Mentor junior consultants and continuously enhance expertise in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of remote work with occasional travel to client sites as needed.
  • Be supported by a highly skilled Dynamics team, dedicated to ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Have extensive experience as a Dynamics 365 HR Consultant, with a proven track record in leading complex projects.
  • Be fluent in English and comfortable working on international projects.
  • Demonstrate expertise in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics HR solutions.
  • Have a strong understanding of HR processes and multiple functional modules within Dynamics 365 HR.
  • Be passionate about solving customer challenges and driving business transformation.
  • Be comfortable working with senior leadership and C-level executives.
  • Be based in the UK, with the ability to travel as required.
