FULL DESCRIPTION

WeDo is searching for an experienced D365 Director to lead the delivery of complex ERP solutions within a dynamic, client-facing environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic, delivery-driven professional with a strong background in finance or business disciplines, looking to make a significant impact across enterprise-level transformation programmes.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the delivery of large-scale Dynamics 365 ERP programmes from design through to go-live.
  • Engage directly with senior stakeholders to define business requirements and transformation outcomes.
  • Drive complex business process mapping and modelling activities to support optimal solution design.
  • Manage and mentor delivery teams, fostering a high-performance culture across all project phases.
  • Ensure delivery excellence through structured governance, clear communication, and proactive risk management.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and vendors, maintaining strong relationships to support seamless programme execution.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Extensive experience delivering Dynamics 365 ERP within a consulting or Microsoft Gold Partner environment.
  • A strong professional background in finance or business, with the ability to bridge technical and commercial perspectives.
  • Deep understanding of D365 modules and related enterprise applications.
  • Proven capability in managing client relationships and leading complex discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a focus on clarity and impact.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining a high standard of delivery.
