Maintenance Planner

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are looking for a full-time Reactive Maintenance Planner within our busy highways project team based in Merseyside. The client is responsible for delivering highway and infrastructure projects across Merseyside. A suitable candidate will join the senior project teams in leading and contributing to project programmes, schedules, and delivery, as well as long term contracts.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• – Able to desktop scope/assess work for Traffic Management Requirements
• – Will be office based in Kirkby, Knowsley
• – Able to plan and permit via software

Requirements:

• – Previous experience in Traffic Management planning or coordination
• – Strong understanding of street works permitting processes
• – Ability to interpret utility drawings and site information
• – Experience using planning/permitting software (e.g. Street Manager or similar systems)
• – Strong organisational and time management skills
• – Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• – High attention to detail
• – Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• – Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Rate of Pay

£30,000.00 – £35,000.00 per year
