FULL DESCRIPTION

Our Professional Services team provide informed decision making to our clients and work at a high level of client project delivery. This is an opportunity for high caliber individuals, you will support the delivery of professional services to retained investment banking corporate clients, UK, US & Europe. The position will involve and have responsibility for client interaction and project delivery, reporting to the Project Lead.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring successful implementation, training, and service adoption.
  • Built strong, long-term relationships with customers by ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their business goals and aligning service solutions specifically to their needs.
  • Monitor customer health metrics, usage patterns, and feedback to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Conducted regular check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and strategic sessions to drive value realization.
  • Assist with report generation, buyer or acquisition target research and project focused campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues, improve customer experience, and support renewals.
  • Drive retention by anticipating challenges, reducing churn, and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and support upsell and expansion opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
  • Document customer processes, create success plans, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Research industry sectors, profile buyer and target corporates.
  • Assist Project Leads in end-to-end M&A assignments / project management
  • Assisting in the development of client / marketing materials including presentations and other business-related materials
  • Support Senior Leads in strengthening client / partner relationships and ongoing projects

Qualifications and skills:

  • Business management degree or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of relevant corporate experience
  • Excellent Project management skills.
  • Superior analytical and research skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Ability to deliver in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Detail oriented and able to multi-task
  • Exceptional work ethic and integrity
  • Demonstrate the ability to provide insights and add value to clients.
  • Fluent in German, Spanish or French an advantage.
