Business Consultant

About the role

In this role, you’ll work as part of the delivery team, leading end-to-end client engagements from early discovery through to delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape thinking, design solutions, and ensure what we deliver creates real impact.

A key part of the role is diagnosing the root of the problem, not just responding to what’s been asked. You’ll also play a vital role in growing client relationships, identifying opportunities, challenging thinking, and helping clients see what’s possible.

This role suits someone who enjoys working with a high degree of autonomy, is comfortable with ambiguity, and takes ownership of outcomes.

No two days look exactly the same, but your work will typically involve:

• Leading discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder conversations to bring structure to complex business challenges and opportunities
• Leading client engagements across multiple projects or workstreams, ensuring clarity, direction, and momentum
• Diagnosing root causes behind business challenges and designing practical data and AI-led solutions
• Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as a strategic advisor
• Challenging client thinking and helping shape future opportunities
• Ensuring delivery creates meaningful commercial value for both clients and [Employer hidden]

• Collaborate with internal teams to shape solutions and guide implementation
