Associate Recruitment Consultant (Executive Search)

£40,000 realistic OTE in year one

What you’ll be doing

  • Researching markets and identifying senior talent
  • Building relationships with high-level candidates and clients
  • Managing candidate processes from first conversation to placement
  • Supporting executive search campaigns across a range of industries
  • Meeting clients and candidates in professional environments

You don’t need recruitment experience—but you do need the right mindset:

  • Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people
  • Ambitious and motivated to build a successful career
  • Resilient and comfortable working towards goals
  • Professional and able to engage credibly with senior individuals
  • A team player who values collaboration over competition

Experience in sales, recruitment, or customer-facing roles is helpful, but not essential.
