About The Role:
The purpose of this role is to provide an overall, high quality, comprehensive, professional HR management service to the all functions within the company, the HR Manager will report directly to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the development, implementation & evaluation of the HR strategy and performance
- Ensure Employment legislation compliance in a practical, cost effective manner
- Provide comprehensive advice to senior management, line managers and employees on all aspects of HR
- Advise line management on effective staffing structures
- Provide a cost effective, timely recruitment service to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
- Coaching and training line managers in HR related policies and procedures
- Managing the Full Training Cycle
About The Candidate:
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) & presentation skills
- Ability to prioritise and handle own workload
- Confident decision making ability
- Influencing, training and coaching skills
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality and personal integrity
- Ideally CIPD Qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong generalist handling complex HR issues
- Can do attitude
- Ability to drive change programmes
