We are seeking an experienced Health & Social Care Regional Manager to expand and develop our existing services in the East of England. Primarily the focus of the role is to develop and manage Supported Living services to enable people with learning disabilities, mental health diagnosis and other complex needs to lead fulfilling lives.

Role: Regional Manager
Based: Peterborough, PE2 7JE
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
Hrs: 37.5 hours per week
Holidays: 25 days plus statutory
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Health & Social Care Regional Manager to expand and develop our existing services in the East of England.
Primarily the focus of the role is to develop and manage Supported Living services to enable people with learning disabilities, mental health diagnosis and other complex needs to lead fulfilling lives.
With a hands on approach to management of the specialist services you will also ensure that your strategic approach to business development leads to new opportunities to increase our market share.
The Person
The candidate must be able to demonstrate that they:
- have proven management experience
- have experience with learning disabilities and/or mental health services
- have credible experience in acquiring new business within the Health & Social care sector
- have experience of tender submissions and processes
- have excellent communication and networking skills, be pro-active and responsive
- have experience of working with budgets and business plans – balancing the maximisation of profitability with the ethos of excellent quality
- Car Driver with current valid licence
