About the Role

Cobalt are working with a privately backed real estate investment and development business is looking to appoint a Project Manager to support the delivery of residential and mixed-use schemes across London.

This business operates a developer-led model, working across residential and hospitality projects with a strong pipeline of schemes in delivery and pre-construction. The team offers exposure to the full development lifecycle and a collaborative working environment, with a focus on quality and long-term value creation.

The role

Working closely with senior leadership, you will take ownership of projects from early-stage planning through to completion.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of development projects from planning through to delivery.
  • Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure programme alignment.
  • Develop and manage project programmes, cost plans and risk strategies.
  • Review design information, planning submissions and contract documentation.
  • Monitor construction progress and resolve on-site issues to maintain programme and budget.
  • Lead project meetings and provide updates to key stakeholders.

Skills & experience

  • Working knowledge of project management within property development or construction.
  • Understanding of UK planning, procurement and building regulations.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage programme, cost and quality across multiple workstreams.
  • Relevant construction, surveying or design-related qualification is preferred.
