FULL DESCRIPTION

A growing multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking two experienced Associate to Associate Directors to join its expanding Transport Planning & Infrastructure team. This is a senior opportunity to lead on a diverse portfolio of development and infrastructure projects across the UK, working within a collaborative, planning-led environment.

About the Role

As a senior member of the team, you will take ownership of project delivery, client relationships and technical outputs across a range of transport planning services.

  • Leading transport planning input across development projects from appraisal through to delivery.
  • Preparing and overseeing Transport Assessments, Statements and Travel Plans.
  • Developing sustainable transport and mobility strategies.
  • Undertaking junction modelling, network analysis and forecasting.
  • Supporting site promotion and infrastructure planning work.
  • Managing project programmes, priorities and deliverables.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Contributing to business development and team growth.

About You

  • Significant experience in transport planning within a consultancy or similar environment.
  • Strong technical capability across modelling and assessment tools (e.g. ARCADY, PICADY, TRICS, TEMPRO, AutoCAD).
  • Proven ability to manage projects and deliver high-quality technical outputs.
  • Excellent written, analytical and communication skills.
  • Strong client-facing experience and relationship management ability.
  • Proactive, organised and commercially aware approach.
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members (desirable at this level).
