About the Role

We are proud to be partnering with a well-established, residential-led property management brand to appoint a Building Manager for their sole commercial office asset in Central London.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a newly refurbished, c.140,000 sq. ft. office building, playing a pivotal role in its post-completion mobilisation and ongoing operational success.

The Role

As Building Manager, you will be responsible for the full day-to-day management of the asset, ensuring best-in-class service delivery while also driving forward key sustainability and wellness initiatives.

A key focus of the role will be leading the building through BREEAM and WELL Certification, making this an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about ESG and future-focused real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the mobilisation of the building following refurbishment
  • Oversee all hard & soft FM services, ensuring high standards across the asset
  • Manage and build relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Drive delivery of BREEAM and WELL Certification
  • Manage service charge budgets and financial performance
  • Ensure full compliance with H&S and statutory regulations
  • Create a best-in-class occupier experience

About You

  • Proven experience as a Building Manager / Facilities Manager within commercial property
  • Strong understanding of mobilisation and operational setup
  • Exposure to or strong interest in BREEAM, WELL, or ESG initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised
