About the Role
A leading property owner and asset manager is seeking an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio across Liverpool and Cheshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation with a long-standing presence in the UK market, managing a varied portfolio of commercial assets.
The Role
As Regional FM, you will take full responsibility for the operational management of multiple sites, ensuring best-in-class service delivery across hard and soft FM.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a multi-site portfolio across Liverpool & Cheshire
- Overseeing all hard & soft services through managing agents and contractors
- Driving compliance, H&S, and statutory obligations across the portfolio
- Building strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders
- Managing service charge budgets and ensuring value for money
- Supporting asset management initiatives and projects
About You
- Proven experience in a multi-site Facilities Management role
- Strong understanding of hard & soft services
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets/service charge
- IOSH/NEBOSH (preferred)
