Our client, a market-leading real estate firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Surveyor to manage a portfolio of high-profile assets in Central London. This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on delivering exceptional service standards, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting long-term asset performance as part of a collaborative and high-impact team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management and operational performance of commercial properties within a prominent development.
  • Support the smooth onboarding of new instructions, ensuring all management systems and reporting processes are in place.
  • Carry out regular site inspections to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Prepare for and lead client meetings, including documenting actions and following up effectively.
  • Deliver timely, high-quality client reporting and analysis across the managed portfolio.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on lease events, service charges, arrears, and occupier queries.
  • Identify and support asset management initiatives, contributing to broader strategic goals.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in commercial property management, ideally within complex or mixed-use assets.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and client-focused manner.
  • Collaborative team player, confident mentoring junior colleagues and supporting a positive working culture.
  • Commercially astute with strong knowledge of lease structures, service charges, and relevant property legislation.
  • Proficient in using property management systems and digital tools to maintain accurate data and reporting.
  • An interest in sustainability, innovation, and emerging trends within the property and real estate sector.
