We're working with a well-established and respected name in the real estate sector who are seeking an Assistant Estate Manager to support the delivery of a vibrant, mixed-use estate in West London.

The Role

As Assistant Estate Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the estate, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery for occupiers and visitors alike. Working closely with the Estate Manager, you'll help oversee service partners, drive operational excellence, and contribute to creating a best-in-class environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of all on-site operations across the estate
  • Assist in overseeing soft service contracts including cleaning, security, and landscaping
  • Build strong relationships with occupiers, ensuring a high level of customer engagement
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with H&S and statutory requirements
  • Assist with budgeting, service charge monitoring, and financial reporting
  • Support ESG and sustainability initiatives across the estate
  • Play a key role in events and occupier engagement activities

About You

  • Experience within a property, estate, or facilities management role
  • Strong understanding of soft services and operational delivery
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, organised, and keen to develop within a managing agent environment
  • IOSH qualification (or working towards) is desirable
