You can take a leading role in delivering two nationally significant placemaking schemes, working alongside experienced developers, directly influencing multi-million-pound infrastructure and housing delivery, and help create schools, parks, and thriving community assets from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support planning and infrastructure delivery, including managing S106 obligations and consultant teams.
  • Co-ordinate design and delivery of key community assets such as parks and schools.
  • Liaise with local stakeholders, attend community panels, and translate client needs across teams.
  • Assist with partner selection, land parcel sales, and board-level reporting.

Essential Requirements:

  • 2-4 years' development experience, including planning or infrastructure coordination.
  • Exposure to land acquisitions or disposals, ideally on large-scale schemes.
  • Confident managing external consultants and communicating with senior stakeholders.
