About the Role

An established property and business consultancy is seeking an experienced Principal to Associate Town Planner to take a leading role within their Newcastle-based team.

You will join a multidisciplinary team of planners, surveyors and architects, working across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and leisure developments, with particular strength in strategic planning and land promotion.

This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to manage projects across the region, contribute to business growth, and play a central part in delivering high-quality planning advice and client service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing a team of planning consultants.
  • Project managing and contributing to complex planning applications.
  • Coordinating and responding to development plan consultations.
  • Providing high-quality advice to clients and internal teams.
  • Driving business development and securing new opportunities.
  • Supporting the growth of a high-performing, collaborative team.
