At BVS, we’re looking for a confident, motivated Team Leader to guide and inspire our Case Management team as they deliver exceptional service on Specialist claims for a wide range of clients. ⭐ What You’ll Be Doing
Your day will be varied, people‑focused, and full of opportunities to shape performance and drive excellence. You’ll take ownership of:
Leading and supporting a team of claims handlers, ensuring workloads are balanced and managed effectively
Coaching and developing your team to meet and exceed client SLAs, with a focus on continuous improvement
Creating a positive, engaged team culture where people feel supported, motivated, and valued
Representing the team in Client Review Meetings, building strong relationships and showcasing our performance
Conducting regular performance reviews, including audits and annual PDRs
Managing team absences across case managers and first response colleagues
Driving service excellence, ensuring technical accuracy and outstanding customer experience across all property claims
Monitoring and achieving KPIs, keeping performance on track and identifying opportunities for improvement
Overseeing client communications and completing weekly reporting to keep stakeholders informed and aligned
