FULL DESCRIPTION

Manage a caseload of predominantly litigated NIHL claims within a supportive team environment. Objective: Progress claims using effective strategies to achieve desired client outcomes and maintain profitability.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness in all document reviews and reports.
  • Handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
  • Analyze medical and personnel records thoroughly.
  • Obtain comprehensive witness statements and interact with Insured individuals.
  • Provide detailed instructions to legal and expert personnel.
  • Conduct thorough research and produce high-quality draft documents.
  • Be present and contribute effectively during conferences and trials.
  • Manage and respond to everyday communications promptly.
  • Attend and represent at court appointments as required.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with insurers and insured individuals.
  • Ensure all deadlines and schedules are met.
