We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to join our Revenue Operations team in London (hybrid) and help support and improve how our go-to-market teams operate across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

Why this is your next career move

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to join our Revenue Operations team in London (hybrid) and help support and improve how our go-to-market teams operate across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

This role sits at the centre of our revenue engine, working closely with multiple teams to ensure our systems, reporting, and processes enable our go-to-market organisation to perform at its best.

You’ll play a key role in supporting reporting, systems management, operational processes, and cross-team alignment, while gaining exposure to the full revenue lifecycle — from pipeline generation through to customer retention and expansion.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career (1–3 years experience) who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and improving how teams operate. You’ll gain hands-on experience with revenue operations, CRM systems, reporting, and process automation within a scaling SaaS company.

What you’ll achieve

In this role, you will help improve how our go-to-market teams operate, ensuring our systems, reporting, and processes enable effective collaboration across the revenue organisation.

You will:

  • Support operational processes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, helping teams work more efficiently and consistently.
  • Assist with the rollout and optimisation of go-to-market workflows and best practices.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements to simplify and scale internal processes.

You will also play a key role in data and reporting, including:

  • Building and maintaining reports and dashboards to track pipeline, revenue performance, and customer metrics.
  • Supporting regular business reporting and performance analysis.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and quality across core business systems.

You’ll contribute to the management and optimisation of our GTM systems and tools, including:

  • Supporting the maintenance and optimisation of systems such as Salesforce and other GTM platforms.
  • Assisting with system configuration updates, documentation, and troubleshooting.
  • Supporting the rollout and adoption of new tools and system improvements.

You’ll also help the organisation leverage AI and automation, including:

  • Supporting the adoption of AI tools across the go-to-market organisation to improve productivity and workflows.
  • Identifying opportunities to use AI and automation to reduce manual work, improve data analysis, and streamline operations.

Finally, you’ll work cross-functionally with teams across the business to ensure alignment on pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting, while supporting leadership with clear visibility into revenue performance.

Who you are

You are curious, analytical, and enjoy solving operational challenges. You’re excited by the opportunity to work at the intersection of data, systems, and revenue growth.

You likely bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an operations, analytics, or commercial support role.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Exposure to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations environments.
  • Experience working with CRM systems or business tools (e.g. Salesforce) is helpful but not required.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with Google Sheets / Excel and analysing data.
  • Comfort using AI tools (such as ChatGPT or similar) to support productivity, data analysis, and operational workflows.
  • Curiosity and interest in learning new tools, systems, and technologies.

What we offer

  • 33 days annual leave including bank holidays
  • Hybrid working (2 days per week from our Hammersmith office)
  • Pension scheme
  • Private medical coverage and mental health support
  • Cash plan including dental and vision
  • Life assurance and disability coverage
