Salary: £27,000–£30,000pa (Depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 38 Hours | 4 or 5 Days | 7:30am–6:30pm | Permanent, all year round

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a kind and passionate Nursery Room Leader to join a brand-new nursery in Addlestone, Surrey (KT15). Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest standard of childcare and early education
- Lead your age-group room with creativity, care, and confidence
- Inspire and support your team to deliver the nursery curriculum and values
- Build strong relationships with children and families, supporting smooth settling-in
- Track children’s progress through curriculum-linked observations
- Communicate effectively with parents using the Famly app
- Champion safeguarding, health and safety, and inclusive practice at all times
About You
- • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
- Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or Room Leader
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
- Passion for supporting children’s development and emotional wellbeing
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement
- Eligible to work in the UK
