Salary: Up to £30,000 per year / £14.00ph (depending on experience, qualifications, and age)
Hours: 4 or 5 days, 40 – 45 hours/week | Rotating shifts: 7:15–4:30pm or 8:00–6:00pm | Permanent, year-round

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality childcare and early education
- Plan engaging EYFS-based learning activities
- Celebrate children’s learning and development
- Work collaboratively within the nursery team
About You
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
- Experience as a Nursery/Early Years Practitioner
- Commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
- Strong communication with families
- Eligible to work in the UK
About You
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (full and relevant)
- Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
- Confident mentoring and coaching abilities
- Experience supporting SEND children (desirable)
- Leadership potential with strong initiative and teamwork skills
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
