FULL DESCRIPTION

Early Years Practitioner – Stotfold, Bedfordshire SG5

Salary: £13.00–£13.50ph | Up to £28,080pa (Depending on hours, experience and qualifications)

Hours: 40 Hours | 5 Days | Shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm | Permanent, all year round

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and adventure-loving Early Years Practitioner to join a lovely nursery in Stotfold, Bedfordshire (SG5). This is a unique opportunity for a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who enjoys nurturing children through outdoor learning, exploration, and nature-based experiences. You will be joining a setting that values curiosity, creativity, and the great outdoors, within a beautiful and inspiring environment.

Early Years Practitioner Responsibilities

  • Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children
  • Observe and assess children’s progress, sharing feedback with parents and carers
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities supporting physical, emotional, and social development
  • Encourage children’s independence, confidence, and self-esteem
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education
  • Maintain accurate records of children’s learning and achievements

About You

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
  • Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or similar role
  • Driver preferred due to location
  • Strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
  • Excellent communication skills with parents, carers, and colleagues
  • Eligible to work in the UK
