Pay: £13.00–£14.62 per hour (£30,409 DOE)
Annual Salary Guide: £28,730 – £32,310 – (42.5 hrs/week)
Hours: 4–5 days per week | 40–42.5 hours | Permanent

We are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our lovely Nursery in Reading, Berkshire.

Ideal location if you live in Maidenhead, Reading or surrounding area –Driver Required

Your Role
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
- Plan and support engaging, child-led and outdoor activities
- Promote children’s development and wellbeing
- Work collaboratively as part of a caring, professional team
- Build strong, positive relationships with parents and staff
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare, which must be full and relevant.
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Passion for outdoor, play-based learning
- Reliable, caring, and enthusiastic personality
- Right to work in the UK
