Job Title: Early Years Practitioner
Location: Henley, Oxfordshire (RG9)
Salary: Up to £14.00 per hour / £27,664 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time, All Year Round
Hours: 4 days per week, 8am–6pm (38 hours total)

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development through engaging, play-based activities. You’ll work in our Preschool Room, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality childcare and early education following the EYFS framework
- Support the learning, development, and wellbeing of every child in your care
- Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
- Work collaboratively as part of a friendly, professional nursery team
- Build strong, positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
About You
To be successful in this Early Years Practitioner role, you will have:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- A genuine passion for early years education and child development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Eligibility to work in the UK
