FULL DESCRIPTION
Early Years Practitioner – Brighton, East Sussex, BN1
Up to £30,160pa (£13.00–£14.50ph, depending on qualifications/experience)
30-40 hrs a week, shifts between 7am–7pm (common shifts: 8–5, 9–6, 7–4). All year round, permanent role.
The Role
Provide high quality care and education for children aged 1–2.
- Act as a key person, supporting learning, development and parent partnerships.
- Plan and deliver engaging indoor and outdoor activities.
- Follow nursery policies and model best practice.

About You
- Minimum Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification, which must be full and relevant.
- Previous nursery/childcare experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to inclusive, outdoor learning
- Eligible to work in the UK
