Early Years Practitioner – Finsbury Park, North London, N4

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our wonderful Montessori nursery in Finsbury Park, N4. Our nurturing, bilingual setting welcomes children from diverse nationalities and language backgrounds, creating an inclusive environment where both French and English are embraced. Our team is warm, responsive, and dedicated to supporting children’s development and we are looking for someone equally enthusiastic about early childhood education to join our Baby room.

Early Years Practitioner – Finsbury Park, North London, N4

Salary: Up to £28,794pa (DOE)
Hours: 38 hours per week | Shifts between 8am–4:30pm / 9:30am–6pm
Contract: Permanent | All Year Round

Days/Hours

  • Monday–Friday, 38 hours per week
  • 1-hour unpaid lunch break
  • Shifts between 8am–4:30pm or 9:30am–6pm
  • Permanent | All Year Round

Responsibilities

  • Communicating effectively to support food, drink, and health & safety procedures
  • Following administrative processes to support accurate documentation
  • Ensuring health & safety policies and legal requirements are followed
  • Participating in relevant training and supporting others when required

About You

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
  • Previous childcare or nursery practitioner experience
  • Passionate about inclusive practice and outdoor learning
  • Excellent communication skills when working with parents and carers
  • Eligible to work in the UK
