FULL DESCRIPTION

Early Years Practitioner – Tooting, London, SW17

Salary: Up to £14.30 per hour / £26,500–£29,750 per year (depending on age, qualifications, and experience)

Hours: 40 hours/week | 4 days | Shifts between 7:30am–6:30pm | 51 weeks per year (Christmas closure)

Contract: Full Time | Permanent | All Year Round

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality childcare and early education
  • Plan and deliver engaging, interest-led EYFS activities
  • Support children’s learning and celebrate their achievements with families
  • Contribute to the smooth running and development of the nursery
  • Work collaboratively within a passionate and supportive team

About You

  • Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
  • Previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
  • Commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practice
  • Excellent communication skills with parents and carers
  • Eligible to work in the UK
