We are seeking a passionate Nursery Room Leader to join our wonderful team in Putney. Our homely, long-established setting near Wandsworth Park offers a warm, supportive environment where children thrive. This role can also be combined with a Deputy Manager role, making it ideal for a strong Room Leader ready to step up.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support the room team
- Assist managers when required
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
- Plan and deliver engaging EYFS programmes
- Build positive relationships with parents, staff, and children
About You
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (full and relevant)
- Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
- Experience supporting SEND children (desirable)
- Leadership potential with strong initiative and teamwork skills
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
