About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our large, vibrant nursery in Fleet (GU51). Our setting caters for up to 110 children and has a dedicated team of 30+ staff.
We’re looking for a strong, confident leader with exceptional people management skills and the ability to drive excellence across all areas of the nursery. You’ll be passionate about delivering outstanding childcare, ensuring compliance, motivating your team, and maintaining high occupancy levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of a 110-place nursery
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 30+ early years professionals
- Maintain exceptional standards of childcare, safeguarding, and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Manage budgets, staffing, and occupancy targets
- Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external agencies
- Drive continuous improvement towards achieving and maintaining *Outstanding* Ofsted outcomes
About You
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ desirable)
- GCSE or Level 2 in Maths (essential)
- Proven experience managing a large nursery or early years setting (100+ places)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Confident with nursery operations, compliance, and people management
- Professional, approachable, and sales-focused with a passion for early years education
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
