Early Years Practitioner Opportunity
Location: Wandsworth, London, SW18
Salary: £29,000 – £31,000 per annum (depending on role, qualifications, and experience)
Hours: 4 or 5 days per week / 40 hours / Shifts between 7:30am–6:00pm / All Year Round / Permanent
Early Years Practitioner – Wandsworth, London, SW18
We’re looking for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our outstanding nursery in Wandsworth. Our setting provides high-quality childcare for children aged 18 months to 5 years, following a unique project-based curriculum and philosophy that inspires curiosity and confidence. Children enjoy fresh, nutritious meals cooked daily by our in-house chef using organic and free-range produce.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care and learning in line with the EYFS
- Plan engaging, creative activities to support children’s development
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
About You
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
- Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner
- Passionate about child development and outdoor learning
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Eligible to work in the UK
