Salary: £13.50–£14.00ph / up to £32,760pa (depending on qualifications & experience)
Hours: 40 – 45 hours, shifts between 8am–6pm
Contract: All year round, permanent

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality childcare and learning in line with EYFS
- Support children’s development through engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
- Observe and track children’s progress, sharing updates with families
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive environment
About You
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (full and relevant)
- Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
- Confident mentoring and coaching abilities
- Experience supporting SEND children (desirable)
- Leadership potential with strong initiative and teamwork skills
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
