Part Time Senior Care Assistant | Elderly Residential Home | Garforth, Leeds
Rate: £13.90ph (Enhanced rate for Weekend £14.45)
Location: Garforth, Leeds Area
Qualification:Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent
Hours: 08:00am to 08:00pm (Shifts)
Contracted Hours: 24hrs
Shift Pattern: Week 1 - 2 x 12hr Shift Week 2 - 2 x 12hr Shift (including weekend)
Sponsorship: This role does not offer visa sponsorship
Remit
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Care Supervisor to work in their well performing Residential home based in the Garforth, Leeds area. This home provides care for Respite, Residential Care. The successful candidate will need to have 2 years previous experience of working in a residential home environment, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team alongside be able to demonstrate your ability to lead and motivate a team of carers.
The Candidate
This role is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant looking for a fresh new challenge. The candidate is required to have previous experience in the Residential home setting, strong leadership knowledge and a passion for elderly and dementia care.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in health and social care, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a care home.
- Ideally experience of working at a senior level in a care home.
- Experience of using MS Word and Outlook (Essential).
- Level 2 in Adult Health and Social Care, or equivalent, (Essential).
- Working towards Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent
Interview Process
There is a 2 stage interview process - Stage 1 - Informal chat with Home Manager Stage 2 - Formal interview with Senior Management Team
Location
This role is based in the Garthorth, Leeds area and is easily commutable from Rothwell, Castleford, Knottingley, Wakefield, Tingley, Dewsbury, Harehills, Whinmoor, Headingley Farsley and Bradford.
