FULL DESCRIPTION

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full recruitment process from attraction through to onboarding
  • Creating and managing job adverts across job boards and social media
  • Screening applicants and conducting interviews
  • Ensuring safe recruitment compliance including DBS checks, Right to Work checks, references and employment history verification
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential Care Professionals
  • Supporting recruitment campaigns and community attraction initiatives
  • Attending recruitment events where required

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Previous end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within health or social care
  • Strong understanding of safe recruitment and compliance processes
  • Experience creating and managing job adverts and recruitment campaigns
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for recruiting individuals who deliver high-quality care
