A domiciliary Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser is needed to provide audiological assessments and hearing care services in patients’ homes, in-store at select locations, and in collaboration with the NHS. Responsibilities include hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and aftercare. The role offers a basic salary of £40,000–£50,000, uncapped commission, and visa sponsorship.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30
Salary: Basic Salary £40,000 - £50,000 + Company Car and fuel covered
Commission: On target earnings: £60,000 - £90,000 Depending on Sales (Uncapped)

As a domiciliary Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser, you will support some of our most vulnerable patients by improving their hearing in the comfort of their own homes. You will play a key role in delivering audiological assessments and hearing care services both at patients’ homes, in-store at select locations, and in collaboration with the NHS.
Package / Benefits:
- Basic salary: £40,000–£50,000 (depending on experience)
- 33 Days Annual Leave – 25+8 Bank Holidays
- Uncapped commission – OTE £65,000–£90,000+ (Uncapped)
- Full-time hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 17:30

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide domiciliary full hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, adjustments, and aftercare in patients’ homes.
- Perform earwax / micro-suction removal where required.
- Recommend hearing aid and assistive technology solutions tailored to each patient.
- Manage your own diary/travel schedule, ensuring patient appointments in-home across the region.
- Maintain excellent clinical standards and ensure great patient experience.
- Achieve and drive commercial targets and contribute to clinic growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist (eligible/registered)
- Strong experience in private practice or domiciliary audiology, including hearing aid dispensing, sales/recommendations
- Confident in micro-suction or willing to train / develop in that area
- Comfortable with travel, organising your caseload across a geographic area
- Excellent communication, patient care and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, able to manage a busy schedule
Interview / Selection Process:
- Initial video / phone interview to assess fit (clinical & commercial)
- Practical/working interview (could include a half-day, demonstrating clinical skills such as micro-suction, patient handling, domiciliary assessments)
- Formal offer and onboarding sessions
