The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience as a Home Manager in a complex dementia or nursing home setting, with a proven ability to lead and maintain high standards of care. Candidates do not need to be nurse qualified but must have experience managing a complex care service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a multidisciplinary team, ensure outstanding dementia care is delivered consistently, and strengthen the overall quality and stability of the service. Requirements
