FULL DESCRIPTION

Join one of the UK’s leading retail pharmacy chains as a Pharmacy Practice Manager, leading a dynamic and inclusive team in Taunton. This role is ideal for experienced pharmacists seeking career progression or newly qualified pharmacists eager to step into leadership with full support and structured training.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding patient care within a community pharmacy setting
Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional safety and customer service standards
Ensure full compliance with GPhC operating standards and clinical governance
Oversee procurement, preparation, and dispensing of medication
Coach and develop both permanent staff and locums

What You’ll Bring

GPhC registration as a qualified pharmacist
Accreditation to deliver national and local NHS/private healthcare services
